Seeing and Believing: Cycling in Copenhagen

April 11, 2007

If you attended the “Third Wave” presentations on cycling facilities in Europe, you had to be impressed with the commitment of the City of Copenhagen. But to really appreciate the difference, check out this video.

Dan Kaufman’s “CrankMyChain Cycle TV” features a Johnny Stardust exclusive: a visual tour of the streets of this bike-friendly city. (Actually, ‘friendly’ hardly does it justice. This is more like intimate relations.)

And if you’d like a North American perspective, listen in on this Fredcast (the Internet’s premier cycling podcast, according to its own blurb) with John Burke, President of Trek Bicycles. He’s the Al Gore of cycling.
